Amanda Cook is a Street Styles dancer/choreographer from the Washington DC area and is teaching our hip hop classes! She is a people person and is always looking for new creative ways to help others learn dance. She grew up as a competitive dancer in all styles but later found her love for Hip Hop. Next, she danced with Adrenaline Allstars in Vienna Virginia where her team won a bid to the Dance Worlds in Orlando Florida. In addition, Amanda is an Alumni of Fairfax High School’s Dance Academy where she was a student in the advanced class and also took Hip Hop. After Graduating, Amanda decided to dedicate herself to excelling in the Street Styles Industry. She moved on to train at Broadway Dance Center in New York City to polish her craft. Now she’s back in the DMV teaching and educating youth. She’s a core member of Culture Shock DC Choreography Crew season 19. She can’t wait to continue to share her knowledge and passion for dance.
