A.J. David

Boys ballet and conditioning

Addison James (A.J.) David was born and raised in Northern Virginia. He is currently a senior in George Mason’s School of Dance BFA program. His background consists of rigorous ballet training, including the completion of the Royal Academy of Dance ballet exams. Influenced by his modern, contemporary, jazz, tap, and hip-hop experience, as well as education on anatomy and kinesiology, he emphasizes the functionality of ballet technique in combination with artistic expression. He has performed in works by Christina Robson, Susan Shields, Roger C. Jeffrey, Robert Battle, and Doug Varone, and has attended workshops by David Dorfman Dance, the José Limón Company, and Vim Vigor Dance Company. Additionally, he has presented several choreographic works with the George Mason Dance Company. A.J. is excited to share his passion for ballet and strength training with the dancers at Center Stage.  .AJ  will be teaching our Boys ballet and strength conditioning classes.
