Nicole Klett

Nicole Klett began dancing at the age of 3, choreographed her first solo at 14, and her first group piece at 18. With over a decade of work in choreography, Nicole has performed and put routines on stage at Washington, DC’s Kennedy Center, Dance Place, Wolftrap, Historic Lincoln Theatre, Sidney Harman Center for the Arts, and Jack Guidone Theater, as well as Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL. Her work has also been seen on tours through Greece, Portugal, Spain, Egypt, and Cuba.

Nicole’s choreography ranges in style and size including professional adult dance companies, competition teams, dance programs, Pre-Professional companies, audition soloists, and performance showcases. Nicole is the Artistic Director of Capitol Movement, the Director of the Capitol Movement Pre-Professional Program, and teaches jazz and contemporary for Center Stage.  She was awarded a Virginia Governor’s Award for service to Virginia youth in the arts in 2010 and has received numerous choreography awards throughout the DC area.
